Founded by Shaun in 2016 - a Londoner raised by parents from Chennai in the South of India. Growing up with a love of Indian food is how Tikkarito came about. The concept mainly focuses on grilling with Indian flavours, prepared in the most healthiest and authentic way possible.
Sustainability
Sustainable sourcing is at the very core of our business and where possible our suppliers are from local independent businesses. We ensure social, ethical and environmental performance factors are aligned to our values when selecting suppliers.
Food Waste
One of the biggest problems in the restaurant industry is food waste. When wasted, food has a harmful effect on the environment - it’s responsible for 8% of the global greenhouse gas emissions which we all know is bad news for the planet! That’s why we partnered with too good to go.
